Your brain, like your body, goes through changes as we age; and needs to be strengthened to maintain optimal function.  Good brain health is achieved by stretching your brain through mental activities such as games, puzzles and trying new things.

Trying new things is critical for keeping your mental flexibility strong.  Every time you do something new it creates different pathways in your brain which improves your ability to solve problems and stay sharp.
